Role Objective:
To ensure that customer orders are picked & packed to meet Company standards, customer requirements and deadlines. Persons to be trained on cutting- this role will require accuracy, patience and attention to detail. All persons must be reliable and take a pride in their work- there may be opportunities to learn pick and pack also.

Shifts:
Monday to Friday: 7.30am – 4.00pm
Pay Rate:
Saturday and Sunday pay rate – £13.44 / hr
Overtime after 40 hours through the week – £11.94 / hr (if work Monday to Friday)
If you work Sunday to Thursday & then Friday – overtime rate after 40 hours is £17.16 / hr
Duties will include, but are not limited to:
* Picking single or multiple orders.
* Using pick sheets to pick orders.
* Order picking using RDT guns / Scanners.
* Packing and labelling orders.
* Working to Picking and Packing targets.
Requirements:
* Good communication skills- written and verbal
* Basic numeracy and literacy
* Able to work as part of a team
