Our client is a forward-thinking technology company (Managed Service Provider) specialising in cloud solutions, data management, and IT infrastructure services. As they continue to expand and elevate their services, they are looking for a Office Manager to join their team.
The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented professional with strong communication and organisation skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Duties and responsibilities include:
* Assisting the Directors with a wide variety of tasks involved with day-to-day operations.
* Purchasing of office supplies and equipment.
* HR administration to include maintaining employee records, coordination of holidays, offer letters, onboarding, etc.
* Coordinate team events and meetings.
* Supporting other areas of the business including accounts if and when required.
Skills:
* Exceptional organisational and time-management abilities.
* Previous experience in a similar role.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
* Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
* HR admin experience an advantage.
* Bookkeeping experience would be preferred but is not essential.
