The NSPCC's London Infant & Family Team (LIFT) are seeking an enthusiastic and dynamic social worker who has extensive post qualifying experience of working with children and families to join the team.
The successful candidate will be part of an innovative service based in Camden, working within the context of Infant Mental Health as part of a multi-disciplinary team including Social Workers, Clinical Psychologists & Family Engagement Workers with lived experience, carrying out collaborative assessments and interventions.
Applicants will need to be able to demonstrate:
1. A Social Work qualification and registration with SWE England
2. Sound knowledge & experience of working within the context of Safeguarding and Child Protection
3. Excellent communication and assessment skills; especially around the identification and management of risk.
4. A desire to develop practice in Infant Mental Health
5. Passion to drive improved outcomes for infants, children and their families
6. Up to date knowledge of legislation, research and best practice
This is an exciting time for the NSPCC, with staff at all levels engaging in a range of new projects and developments. You will have a manageable caseload, excellent training and development opportunities.

Please note this is a full-time position, but we would consider a job share, so welcome applicants who are looking for part time positions of 17.5 hours / 17.5 hours per week.
