Your new role
* Provide essential administrative support to our sales team, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
* Manage customer enquiries and process orders with precision and care.
* Maintain and update accurate records and databases.
* Assist in preparing detailed sales reports and documentation.
* Collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless workflow and customer satisfaction.
What you'll need to succeed
* Minimum of 2 years of experience in administration or sales administration.
* Excellent IT skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
* Strong communication skills and the ability to solve problems effectively.
* Initiative and the ability to work independently.
* Flexibility to work full-time in the office initially, with the option to work 1–2 days from home after passing probation.
