Role: Helpdesk Analyst - IT equipment Location: Southampton Rate: £175 per day Inside IR35 Duration: 6 months - start March 2025 Key Skills: Onboarding new Users and resolving issues regards IT equipment and devices. Our Client: UK Policing. The Role: To support the EUD team of Engineers and Users across a large User estate, helping ensure that all End User Device issues are resolved within defined SLA's. Support the onboarding of new Users in terms of IT devices and connectivity. Ensure positive End User experience throughout Providing service delivery information to the Manager. Supporting scheduled office moves, projects and events regards access to End User Devices. The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate: 2 years proven experience in a related role Clean and current driving license, if required to travel to a Hampshire site on occasion to deliver IT equipment. Strong customer service skills Excellent communications skills, written and verbal. Eligibility for Security Clearance as detailed below. You MUST be a full time Resident of the UK and have the right to work in the UK without the need for VISA sponsorship. You need to have lived and worked in the UK for the last 5 years without any extended periods outside of the UK in that time in order to be eligible for the required level of security vetting, (NPPV3)
