What You'll Do Data & Insights (Primary focus - 67%) Analyse large datasets from employee experience surveys to uncover key patterns and insights. Develop clear, data-driven narratives and visual reports for senior stakeholders. Present findings to executive teams and advise on strategic actions. Support clients in developing engagement strategies informed by benchmark data and best practice models. Design meaningful survey questions aligned with organisational goals. Facilitate workshops and sessions to help leaders act on data insights. Create content such as thought leadership pieces and insight reports. Represent the business at industry events, webinars, and roundtables. Client Collaboration (Secondary focus - 33%) Support new client onboarding and ensure successful data implementation. Maintain ongoing relationships with key contacts to ensure insight adoption. Coordinate project timelines and survey cycles to deliver actionable results. Provide training and support to ensure effective use of the data platform. What You'll Bring 3-5 years in a role involving data analysis, insights, or organisational consulting. Strong analytical and storytelling skills - you can make numbers speak. Experience working with senior stakeholders or clients in a B2B environment. Excellent communication and presentation skills. High attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple projects. Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualisation tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or similar).
