Responsibilities:
1. Overseeing all aspects of the business from sales to warehousing to parts delivery.
2. Creating and delivering effective sales and marketing plans, achieving maximum commitment and motivation from your team.
3. Meeting all financial and market objectives.
4. Developing and agreeing parts plans and budgets to achieve sales and financial targets.
5. Ensuring stock optimisation to satisfy customer demand whilst minimising capital commitment.
6. Organising, directing, and motivating staff within the department.
