Job Title: Fabricator Welder
Location: Cheshire
Salary: £33-34,000
Join our client's growing production team as a Fabricator Welder, specialising in TIG and MIG welding. This role offers the opportunity to work with high-grade materials and mixed metals, ensuring high-quality standards.

Responsibilities:
1. Perform TIG and MIG welding on various gauges of material.
2. Dress, polish, and grain stainless steel fabrications.
3. Interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
4. Maintain equipment and work areas in line with 5S principles.
5. Recommend process improvements for operational efficiency and safety.
Key Skills/Attributes & Experience:
1. NVQ Level 3 Welder (or equivalent).
2. Proficient in TIG and MIG welding.
3. Strong ability to understand and interpret engineering drawings.
4. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
5. Flexibility to work overtime as needed.
