Bodyshop Receptionist in the Accident Repair Industry| Droitwich, Birmingham | Full Time | £22,000 to £26,000

The right candidate will need to be passionate, organised, bubbly, and able to deliver outstanding customer service. Ideally you will have a broad understanding of all Bodyshop management systems, including the repair process and associated IT platforms.
Are you the right person for the job?
IT driven, with experience with Microsoft platforms
3/5 years of experience in the accident repair industry or within a high-paced business
Have a good understanding of motor vehicles and the Repair process
You will be organised and able to multi-task within a busy Bodyshop
You will have excellent communication skills, and able to support the team
BSI knowledge and administration would be beneficial
What will your role look like?
Welcoming customers, in person or by Telephone, whilst explaining the repair process
Managing capacity, in as, booking the right number of vehicles in and out, as well as issuing replacement vehicles if applicable
Answering customers and insurers queries, documenting the detail and communicating them to the workshop if required.
Arranging recoveries
Administrating parts purchase invoices, Excess invoices and Sales invoices
Providing regular customer updates
