Job responsibilities As a physiotherapy service, we recognise that our staff are our strongest asset and investment into the individual as a person as much as their professional development is important. We actively promote post-graduate study with shared funding opportunities. The pandemic has taught us more than ever the importance of work life balance and we encourage remote working when appropriate and flexible working arrangements. The post holder will be required to participate in the provision of a flexible 7-day service and participation on the respiratory on-call rota with adequate training as required. This will be on a rota basis. The ability to travel is required and although based in Pembrokeshire, there may be times where it will be necessary to travel. Please feel free to get in touch if you require any further information in regards to this post. You will be able to find a full job description and person specification attached within the supporting documents. The Health Board is committed to supporting its staff to fully embrace the need for bilingualism thereby enhancing patient and service user experiences.
