Our client is looking for an experienced administrator to work in their service department. This role requires dealing with queries in person, over the phone, and via e-mail as well as booking and chasing orders.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a person who has worked in a similar environment.
THE ROLE:
1. Full time office-based role
2. Liaise and assist customers personally and over the phone
3. Meet & Greet visitors
4. Assist with accounts which will entail invoicing queries and raising purchase orders
5. Dealing with customer queries, ensuring the customer is happy
6. Opening and closing jobs on the in-house computer system
7. Raise quotations for the service department as well as booking in of parts
8. Providing administrative support to other branches and departments when needed
THE CANDIDATE:
1. Previous experience working in an administrative function
2. Experience providing support in a service or similar environment
3. Excellent customer service skills and the ability to deal and solve queries
4. The ability to understand and use IT systems
5. A team player and the ability to support internal teams
