We are looking for an experienced Lettings Administrator to be part of a lively team based in Leicester City Centre with free parking working Monday - Friday 9.30am - 6pm although there could be some flex on the hours to allow for a work life balance\n\nAs the Lettings Administrator your duties are listed below\n\nOrganise, file, and maintain company paperwork and emails for easy retrieval.\n\nManaging the company inbox, dealing with any queries\n\nCreate, maintain, and file contracts to ensure all agreements are properly documented.\n\nLiaise with partners on refurb start dates and finalise scopes.\n\nCoordinate viewings \n\nEngage with and manage builders, completion of tasks.\n\nCollect and file necessary certificates\n\nManage service orders and follow-ups for utilities such as Gas, Electric, Water, and others\n\nRenew and manage company insurance policies.\n\nOversee the arrangement of internal finishes like Furniture, Blinds, Sofas, etc.\n\nFacilitate the ordering and set-up of Wi-Fi connections across various properties\n\nDraft and distribute bi-weekly agendas to ensure all team members are aligned and\n\nOnce successful as the Lettings Administrator your benefits are included below\n\n22 days holiday plus Bank Holiday which will increase 1 day a year until you are up to 25 days plus your birthday off\n\nPension, cycle to work and free parking\n\nLots of social events, Christmas party and Christmas shut down\n\nOffice Angels acts as an employment agency for permanent recruitment and an employment business for the supply of temporary workers.
