The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting the business in achieving market-leading retention rates and should be confident in building rapport.
The salary is £26,117 per annum.

Key Responsibilities of a Retention Consultant:
1. Contacting customers who are in the process of cancelling their cover and, where applicable, discussing their cancellation and potentially reinstating cover.
2. Helping customers discuss their renewal options, including amending their products.
3. Reviewing and contacting direct customers prior to their renewal to offer support.
4. Establishing relationships with intermediaries to support them with their renewal/retention-based queries.
Key Skills and Experience of a Retention Consultant:
1. You should be passionate about helping others and wanting to find a resolution.
2. Being confident in building rapport over the telephone and via email is required.
3. Ideally, you will be interested in entering a career in Business Development.
4. You must be able to establish and maintain relationships and enjoy working in a team environment.
5. Having a keen eye for detail is required.
