IWT and PHU are thrilled to offer a fantastic opportunity to join our Organisational Development (OD) Team. We are recruiting for Organisational Development Practitioners in two exciting areas:
* Culture and Team Development
* Health, Wellbeing, and Coaching
This is a unique chance to work across the OD function, delivering impactful initiatives that enhance our organisational culture, foster team cohesion, and promote health and wellbeing across both organisations. There is a requirement to travel between sites, with details to be discussed upon successful appointment.

Main duties of the job
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and embed OD strategies, including Health and Wellbeing, Coaching, Cultural Improvement, and Team Development.
* Collaborate with OD partners, practitioners, and wider stakeholders to ensure programmes align with business objectives and clinical strategies.
* Design, deliver, and evaluate innovative OD programmes, ensuring they meet organisational needs and have measurable impact.
* Support the development of a motivated, engaged, and high-performing workforce.
* Champion an environment that prioritises employee Wellbeing, collaboration, and professional growth.
What We're Looking For:
* Proven experience in organisational development, coaching, or related fields.
* Creative and innovative thinking, with the ability to design impactful development programmes.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage stakeholders effectively.
* A results-oriented approach with expertise in evaluating programme outcomes.
* Familiarity with healthcare environments and their unique challenges is advantageous.
Qualifications & Skills
* Level 3 or equivalent trainer/facilitator qualification
* Knowledge of a range of organisational development tools, metrics and processes including facilitation techniques, performance appraisal and development reviews.
* Coaching or Mentoring Qualification.
