Our large Property Maintenance Client is looking torecruit a Resident Liaison Officer who will be based in their office in Hillingdon (UB3) office. Please note this is temp role for 12 weeks, after 12 weeks you will be offered a PAYE Permanent role. Hours: Monday to Friday (8:00amto 4:30pm) Office Based Hourly Rate: £17.50 p/hour paid through Umbrella Company Car Fuel Card Perm salary after 12 weeks (£30,000p/a) Job Responsibilities include: Plan and Schedule works in for operatives Dealing with challenging tenants Liaising with tenants/ build relationships with tenants To monitor all work orders as they enter the computerised repairs system Investigating complaints/ queries The ideal candidate for the Schedule Planner role must have the following: Admin experience in Social Housing or Construction UK Driving License Attention to detail Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills Computer skills/ IT illiterate Interviews are being held this week, with a view for an immediate start date PROGRESSION AVAILABLE Operatives will be paid weekly, one week in arrears To register your interest, please call Simona from R9 Recruitment or apply to this job advert.
