Who We Are
At Fibreline Ltd, we pride ourselves on delivering excellence in the manufacturing of upholstery fillings for the UK furniture industry. With over 250 dedicated employees working across a fast-paced manufacturing site in Keighley, West Yorkshire. Operating a 5-day, 3-shift manufacturing schedule, we combine innovation with a family-oriented ethos to maintain our position as an industry leader.
The Graduate Development Program
This structured program is designed to equip you with the skills, knowledge, and experience needed to excel in a dynamic manufacturing environment. You will gain hands-on experience in:
* Operational Leadership : Shadow experienced managers and learn how to drive efficiency and productivity across shifts.
* Business Strategy : Understand how to align operations with business goals, ensuring we stay at the forefront of our industry.
* Process Improvement : Work on real projects to optimize production, reduce waste, and improve quality.
* Team Management : Develop your leadership skills by supporting and motivating teams in a fast-paced environment.
