We are proudly part of Japan Post — www.tollgroup.com The Opportunity Responsibilities We have an exciting opportunity for the an Operations Co-ordinator to join our business in Glasgow, some duties and responsibilities will include: Operational activity in all facets of international and Domestic freight movements, including Import, Export by Sea, Sea-Air, Air, and/or Land. Ensure Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) compliance in alignment with Corporate policy. Continuously review and optimise working processes, fostering best practices Ensure compliance with financial and operational metrics, collaborating with the Finance and Operational teams. Collaborate with Sales and Finance teams to resolve issues in a timely manner. To ensure all customer issues are resolved in a timely and professional manner in conjunction with Regional Manager/operations Manager/Sales as required. What You Need To Succeed Hands-on current operational experience in a multi modal/multi-directional environment Educated to GCSE standard (minimum of 5) including Maths and English (or equivalent) Commercial awareness and financial acumen is essential in this role. Working knowledge of Cargowise including Workflow and PAVE would be an advantage. Ability to consistently meet deadlines in a timely and accurate manner.
