Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage the bid process, ensuring competitive cost estimates and strong margin potential.

3. Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers, securing future projects.
4. Identify new business opportunities and present them to senior management.
5. Support the sales process by preparing quotations and ensuring they meet client specifications.
6. Work closely with procurement and technical teams to ensure cost accuracy and competitive pricing.
7. Review purchase orders and ensure all details are correctly recorded and processed.
8. Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry advancements.
9. Engage with internal teams to support project execution and customer satisfaction.
Skills & Experience:
1. Proven experience as a Sales Engineer in a technical or engineering-related industry.
2. Strong ability to negotiate and influence stakeholders internally and externally.
3. Technical engineering background or relevant commercial sales experience.
4. High attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
5. Ability to work collaboratively across teams and departments.
6. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
7. A full UK driving licence is preferred.
