Job Description:
Retail Media continues to evolve and its place in our marketing mix continues to grow. It is important to be able to monitor performance and standardize KPIs to allow for best practices and strong retailer negotiations.
The Global Integrated Retail Media Manager is responsible for helping the Global Integrated Retail Media Director continue to build the Retail Media practice for Pet Nutrition. Roles and responsibilities include: setting foundational best practices for the markets, creating presentations for thought-leadership, aiding market retail media plan development, collat ing best practices from regional campaigns for global sharing, as well as helping implement data-driven tech solutions for campaign measurement and optimization. This role requires an understanding of retail media best practices, the evolving retailer landscape, digital marketing platforms, analytics, and emerging technologies. The role involves coordinating with cross-functional teams, including global marketing, sales, merchandising, e-commerce, D&A, D&S and external partners.
Responsibilities include:
* Enable markets to develop retail media strategies that align with business objectives and regional market needs, ensuring coordination with cross-functional teams for consistent messaging across activations.
* Helping build materials for global and regional thought-leadership, providing solutions and guidance to retail media and cross-functional teams.
* Working with internal and external stakeholders on schedule management, document preparation, communication + point of contact roles and record keeping.
* Collaborate with data analytics teams to develop and implement tech-driven solutions that enhance retail media effectiveness, helping build out a global scorecard for KPI standardization.
* Use advanced analytics to identify trends, track campaign performance, and derive actionable insights to optimize retail media campaigns.
* Help markets analyze campaign performance across regions, building out reports and insights for global cascading.
* Stay current with global retail media trends and emerging technologies to ensure our campaigns are innovative and competitive and integrating new tools and methodologies for measurement.
* Build and maintain relationships with global media partners, technology vendors, and other external stakeholders.
* Stay abreast of emerging technologies and platforms that could benefit our retail media initiatives.
Experience and qualifications:
* University Degree or similar
* Experience with e-Commerce and retailers – ideally Amazon/ Walmart – Sales, Media, Consumer, Content (Multiple Required – all preferred).
* Strong experience in Digital media across full funnel of media, having worked with agencies and e-commerce teams in the US & EU. Preferred e-Commerce Background with proven track record in influencing indirect cross-functional teams.
* Specialism in biddable & performance media; results on leveraging outcome based KPIs and omni-channel measurement solutions.
* Experience in Managing Data + Analytic Development and Delivery (Attribution Modelling, RFM, Churn and Retention, Audience Analytics, or like preferred).
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams across different time zones.
* Experience in project management and the ability to manage multiple projects on a global scale.
