The Best Connection are seeking to recruit HGV Class 2 (LGV C)Drivers to work with their client in Darlington. Our client is global logistics and transportation company and will be delivering kitchens to construction sites and private customers. They have a requirement for a day drivers to support them on an ad hoc basis with ongoing work available.
An induction and driving assessment will be required
The role:
* Making deliveries to residential properties and building sites to a specified room
* You will be delivering kitchens with a driver’s mate
The candidate:
* Full LGV C
* Digi card and up to date CPC
* No more than 6 points on your licence with no DD, DR or IN Endorsements
* Minimum of 6 months commercial driving experience
Hours of work:
* Start time is 04:00 or 05:00am
* Monday to Friday
Pay Rates (PAYE):
* £14.09
* Overtime paid at 1.5 after 50 hours
