We have an exciting opportunity for both newly qualified or experienced registered nurses to join our team. Our team prides ourselves on fantastic patient centred care and needs a highly motivated and positive individual to join us as a Staff Nurse. The successful applicants will gain useful experience working on a fast-paced medical ward and develop knowledge on a diverse range of medical specialities. Full time and part time hours available.
G4 is a 32-bed ward that specialises in supporting elderly patients following an acute episode of ill health, recognising the complexity of their needs and the importance of reducing the length of stay (LOS) to prevent them losing their independence. G4 is a fast-paced medical ward that gives the nursing team the opportunity to work with all members of the multidisciplinary team, resulting in high standards of patient care, which is something that we are all passionate about. G4 pride themselves in being a welcoming, supportive and friendly team. We are keen on staff development, caring for patients with varied and complex medical conditions, which will in turn provide our staff with plenty of learning opportunities and the prospect to develop new skills.
If you have the necessary skills, experience and qualities to help us to put patients first, please contact Rosie Cawston, Ward Manager on 01284713179 for an informal discussion or to arrange a visit.
