Responsibilities:
1. Work on assigned service calls and ensure timely completion. Prioritize projects and ensure all requests are accurately logged and closed out in the ticketing system.
2. Diagnose and repair electrical problems in commercial and domestic electrical systems, including fault-finding, rewiring, and monitoring.
3. Rewire faulty electrical systems, such as lighting, heating systems, and alarms.
4. Ensure good quality workmanship which upholds company standards, complies with building codes, and follows safety requirements.
5. Provide exceptional customer service and answer any customer questions.
6. Install electrical systems including heating and cooling systems.
7. Provide professional assessments and advice for customers.
8. Provide guidance and work leadership to less-experienced team members.
9. Diagnose and replace faulty mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic components of machines and equipment if required.
10. Perform any other ad hoc administrative duty assigned by the Line Manager or Head of the Department.
