We have an international team of 41 based across Manchester (UK), New York (USA) and Skopje (MKD) and are expanding our services fast around the world. Our goal by 2026 is to achieve annual revenues of £9m, 100 staff and have a process-driven Account Management function that holds around 15-20 people. We aren’t looking for your average employee, we’re looking for a leader who can implement and maintain a high standard of sales activities: What You'll Be Doing : Reporting directing to the Managing Director to develop and grow the commercial function Oversee the sales function’s overall budget and manage sales profitability goals Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base Maintain and grow the Account Management function by recruiting, selecting, and training employees. Deliver weekly 1-1’s with individual team members Deliver weekly development and training sessions Build a strong and high-performing culture within your team Manage change across your team effectively and ensure the business goals are being communicated positively Monitor daily performance of commercial activities using key metrics and prepare reports for senior management. Maintain a well-organized team CRM pipeline, track leads, opportunities, client communication, upsells and new deals. Support your team with negotiating contracts, terms, and pricing with clients to ensure a win-win outcome Hit key business KPI’s like new business, client/staff retention rate and average MRR targets Understand customer requirements and needs to offer suitable solutions and generate new business for the department Prepare and communicate reports in detail to senior management on a monthly and quarterly basis Develop and implement commercial strategies according to company goals and objectives aiming to accelerate growth. Conduct market research and analysis to create detailed business plans on commercial opportunities (expansion, business development etc.) Create a consultative selling environment that focuses on client retention and high growth Research and attend business aligned conferences What You’ll Need: Proven experience as a sales head/director/manager or other relevant role Solid knowledge of performance reporting and financial/budgeting processes Commercial awareness partnered with a strategic mindset Excellent organisational and leadership skills Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities Must have a proven track record of building and executing sales strategies to penetrate, close, and manage business The ability to think on your feet, and build rapport with a wide variety of characters from different industries and backgrounds Proactive and results-driven Demonstrable experience in negotiation and meeting client requirements Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities with an aptitude for fostering long-term relationships Consultative selling & growth mindset What’s in it for you… Working in our Manchester city centre office ️ 2 days working from home, 3 days in our Manchester, HQ Attractive commission structure/bonus High-performance trips & team social events 25 days holiday (plus bank holidays) Christmas shutdown period on top of your annual leave allowance Birthday off & early Friday finish Dog-friendly office
