Organisation: ATLEU
Location: London/ Sheffield
Deadline for receipt of applications: 10am, 15th February 2024
We are looking for a dynamic and committed individual to join our legal team as Training Lead and Immigration/Public Lawyer. This is a stimulating role, suitable for someone who enjoys using the law creatively and working collaboratively. The role offers significant opportunities for growth and development, to increase your immigration/public law experience and knowledge through working on emerging issues affecting survivors of trafficking, and to develop the capacity of support and advice professionals assisting survivors, with enormous potential for strategic litigation, effecting positive change for this hugely vulnerable group.
This is a pivotal role within ATLEU. It involves working closely across ATLEU’s team of specialist solicitors to capture learning from casework to develop practical legal training and resources that meet the emerging needs of the wider sector, and developing relationships with key frontline organisations providing support and advice services to survivors.
We are ideally looking for a candidate with three years’ PQE and experience of providing supervision. We would also consider applications from exceptional candidates who have a demonstrable commitment to this area of law and have at least two years’ relevant legal experience.
Closing date for applications for the post of Lead Training Lawyer: 10am on Thursday 15th February 2024. View the full job pack on our website.
