Our client is UK-based precision manufacturing company specializing in laser cutting and metalwork services. They use advanced technologies including Fiber laser for high-speed and precise laser cutting and profiling. Industries served include automotive, oil & gas, engineering, construction, architectural and yellow goods industries. Due to continued growth and demand, they are now looking for an additional, experienced Account Manager. The successful candidate will manage key client accounts, identify new business opportunities and assist with the sales strategy. Key Roles and Responsibilities: Manage and strengthen relationships with existing key clients. Provide accurate quotations to RFQs Regularly review account performance and find opportunities for additional services to grow accounts Resolve client issues promptly to maintain high customer satisfaction. Develop and implement account strategies to meet sales goals and customer satisfaction. Conduct market research to understand industry trends and identify potential clients. Work with the sales team to create and execute business development campaigns and strategies. Prepare and deliver presentations to potential clients and stakeholders. Work with the sales team to ensure cohesive and effective sales efforts. Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities Requirements The Candidate: Demonstrable experience of working in a sales role for a fabricator Strong understanding of account management, sales principles, and customer service. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets. Experience with social media management and content creation.
