Identify and secure new business opportunities within the recruitment advertising sector. Deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals tailored to client needs. Proactively identify opportunities for repeat business and upsell additional services. Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of advertising campaigns. Utilise CRM systems to manage client interactions and track sales pipelines. Stay up-to-date with digital media trends and provide expert advice to clients. The Person: Minimum 2 years' experience in a sales role, preferably within digital media, recruitment, or advertising. Strong understanding of digital media, recruitment advertising, and social media platforms. Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. Strong persuasive abilities with excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to engage and influence clients at all levels.
