Responsibilities:
1. Understand and deliver all contractual terms
2. Communicate regularly with client
3. Ensure all company promotions are correctly implemented
4. Analyse and effectively manage all in unit costs
5. Monitor and manage GP
6. Ensure cost and sales records are accurately inputted and maintained
7. Record and minimise all food wastage
8. Support, train, coach, and develop the team
9. Monitor labour turnover and ensure the team is fully recruited
10. Implement all relevant HSE procedures within the unit and review them as appropriate
11. Ensure that all HSE incidents are correctly reported and investigated with relevant reviews of work procedures
12. Ensure all food prepared, cooked, and presented meets required standards and portion specifications
13. Manage the processing of food orders, including the receipt and storage of deliveries
14. Maintain the cleanliness of all kitchens and surrounding working areas
Minimum Requirements:
1. Previous culinary experience
2. Previous management experience in a similar role, including client management
3. Passionate about working in a food service environment
4. Good communication skills and able to work positively with others as part of a team
