Position: Driver with Retail Sales Advisor Duties
Working Hours: 40 hours per week over 5 days, Monday to Friday or with Saturdays on a rota
Salary: £25,255 per annum plus pension and company benefits
We have a great opportunity for a Driver with Retail Sales Advisor duties to join the team at our Brewers Decorator Centre in Bristol. You will provide exceptional service to our customers in store and play a vital part in keeping the branch and its delivery service running smoothly. Experience with our products isn't strictly necessary; if you bring great customer service and team working skills, we'll provide you with everything you need to succeed.

Responsibilities:
1. Providing exceptional service to customers in branch.
2. Using product knowledge to provide recommendations and help customers find the best product for their needs.
3. Making contactless deliveries to customers in and around the local area driving our Company Transit van.
4. Mixing paint for customers and processing specialist orders.
5. Building relationships with customers to fully identify their needs.
6. Keeping our warehouse organized and safe, in line with company standards.
7. Promoting seasonal and special items, including merchandising goods in-store.
8. Unloading deliveries and ensuring stock is distributed throughout the store.
Who we are looking for:
1. Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
2. Approachable and friendly personality.
3. Enjoys working and supporting a team, but can work independently.
4. Familiar with the surrounding area.
5. Full clean manual driving licence.
6. Keen to learn, develop skills, and progress within our industry.
7. Previous retail experience or product knowledge would be advantageous but not essential.
