A great non profit organisation based in North Tyneside and working across the North of Tyne area are looking to recruit an experienced and motivated Support Manager to join their team. Youll know what it takes to work in a busy environment, where consistent and high quality support is the norm, ensuring that people supported can do the things that most of us can sometimes take for granted.
They are looking for someone who understands that to be successful in a role like this, they will need to be flexible, organised, positive, curious, dedicated and trustworthy. They will also know that although it can be tough work, the right person can support their team to have huge impact, as well as a lot of fun along the way.
Ideally you will have at least a level 3, or equivalent qualification, in health and social care or in another related field such as social work, youth work or nursing. Youll also be looking to bring leadership skills where you can motivate and inspire your team members and at the same time, be reflective and open about your own development.
You will be part of a supportive environment in a small but talented team and a service rated as outstanding - although they know there is more that they can improve.
