SRG are currently working with a leading manufacturer of speciality chemicals used predominantly in the industrial fluid and lubricants industries. With a global presence and a portfolio of growing products, they are now looking to hire a Chemistry graduate, to join their applications team in Greater Manchester. This is an exciting time for them, with the successful candidate supporting in the development of a new range of products, whilst supporting with QC and testing the applications of new products. Recent Chemistry graduates (or similar) are encouraged to apply, although this role will also suit candidates with proven industrial experience of testing the applications of fluids and lubricants.

Working Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday - Friday 8:30am-4:30pm (with flexibility)
Role/Description
Support in the development of new products and existing product ranges Undertake applications testing of new and existing products Support in Quality Control (QC) of in=process and finished samples, as well as raw materials Presenting test data to other members of the organisation Supporting in technical support for customers Ensuring technical library of documentation is updated and maintained correctlyRequirements
Degree in Chemistry (or similar) Proven industrial experience of application testing is advantageous but not essential Proactive problem solver Excellent planning and organisation skills Experience of working on multiple projects simultaneously
