Within the designated division, you will serve as one of the three senior leadership roles which make up the 'Triumvirate,' working alongside the Clinical Director (CD) and Managing Director (MD) to ensure safe and high-quality services. The Director of Quality and Professions in partnership with the Clinical Director (CD) and Managing Director (MD) will develop strategies, to ensure delivery of relevant outcome metrics; performance and governance regulations including CQC compliance. As the Director of Quality and Professions you will be responsible and accountable for the quality of clinical care in those services. This includes the of Leadership Nurses and AHP and ensure there are robust communication pathways to ensure all staff are aware of relevant professional issues. To provide excellent visible professional leadership to the nursing AHP workforce across the Division, including the development of professional practice and clinical leadership. Within the Triumvirate you will work in partnership with the CD/MD to develop, re-design and subsequently deliver the strategic / business plans within agreed available resources. This will include Budget Management and accountability for resource planning. Main duties of the job To lead Division projects which are strongly aligned to the responsibilities of this post, to develop/re-design services, increasing productivity and efficiency and improving quality.
