We are seeking a skilled Repairs Planner to join our Social Housing organisation based in Lancashire, responsible for scheduling and planning repairs.
The ideal candidate will have experience in Scheduling/Works Planning and a background in dealing with Housing related issues.
About the Role:
* Schedule and plan repairs across multiple sites
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective repair operations
* Analyse and resolve complex housing-related issues
Key Requirements:
* Minimum 2 years of experience in Scheduling/Works Planning
* Proven track record in resolving complex housing-related issues
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
