HR Manager (Sole HR Role)
Location: Feltham, London (Onsite)
Salary: £47,500 - £52,500 per annum (depending on experience)

My client are a thriving Events Marketing company based in Feltham, known for their excellence and supportive culture. As they grow, they're seeking an experienced HR Manager to join them. This is a unique opportunity to lead the HR function and make a real impact, reporting directly to a collaborative and approachable Managing Director.
The Role
As the sole HR professional, you'll manage all aspects of HR, from recruitment and employee relations to policy development and compliance. This is a hands-on role where you'll shape their people strategy and foster a positive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities:
* Act as the first point of contact for HR queries, providing expert advice to managers and employees.
* Manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, and performance management.
* Develop and implement HR policies in line with legislation and best practices.
* Handle employee relations matters, including disciplinary, grievance, and absence management.
* Support the MD in driving employee engagement and retention.
* Oversee HR administration, ensuring accurate records and compliance.
What We're Looking For
* Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role, with strong knowledge of HR practices and employment law.
* CIPD qualification (Level 5 or above) is desirable but not essential.
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships.
* A proactive, hands-on approach with the ability to work independently.
* Experience in a standalone HR role is highly desirable.
