Job Position: Finance Assistant This position is located at the companys headquarters in Lisburn. Reporting directly to the Financial Controller, the selected candidate will manage various financial transactions, including overseeing the sales ledger, credit management, balance sheet reconciliations, and the preparation of monthly management reports. Key Responsibilities: Importing customer invoices from the relevant software and entering them into Sage 50 Accounts. Managing credit control processes, keeping customer accounts up-to-date, and issuing regular statements. Performing bank reconciliations, including for accounts involving foreign currencies. Ensuring the accurate allocation of overhead costs. Posting supplier invoices and processing expense claims. Calculating commissions for brand ambassadors and other related activities. Undertaking additional duties as assigned by management, within the scope of the role. Required Qualifications: Experience in a finance-related position. Proficiency in using Sage 50 accounting software. Strong organisational and planning abilities. Experience with Microsoft Excel, including data analysis. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
