You will also support the management team in reviewing work, mentoring junior staff, and helping to drive client relationships forward. Key Responsibilities Preparation and review of statutory accounts for a range of clients Supervising and mentoring junior members of staff Supporting clients with business and tax queries Managing deadlines and client expectations Assisting with workflow and team planning Liaising with clients and other departments within the firm Requirements ACA/ACCA Qualified (or equivalent) Must have a minimum of 3 years previous experience working within a UK Practice environment Strong technical knowledge and attention to detail Excellent communication and organisational skills Experience using accounting software such as Xero, Sage or similar A proactive approach and willingness to take on responsibility
