With a multi-million-pound turnover, the business has grown to become a well-known brand within the local marketplace as a provider of service excellence. They are a multi-sector recruitment business covering industrial, commercial and logistics recruitment. They are looking for a Branch Manager who can open a new location and build a team. The company always aim to give clients and customers the best possible service and has a strong fulfilment track record. As the new manager of a new location, you will be expected to maintain the standards whilst leading by example, motivating the team, recruiting new staff members, training staff, coaching, developing and ensuring the team drive sales, servicing clients and delivering agreements. This is going to be a busy, hands-on role. You will take control of your P&L and ensure the branch is in shape to deliver. The role will report to the senior management team who will be there to guide and support you. This role will suit a Branch Manager who is looking to move to an autonomous environment within a forward-thinking, growing company or a Senior Consultant who is looking at taking their first step into a Managerial role but who has the desire to build something.
