Regional Manager
Job Description:
We are seeking a passionate and goal-oriented Region Manager to join our team. As a Region Manager, you will be responsible for managing and leading the sales team in the designated area, ensuring the achievement of company sales targets and increasing market share.
Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute regional sales plans to ensure the achievement of sales targets and performance indicators.
* Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge.
* Responsible for recruiting, selecting, and training new sales personnel to meet the needs of business development.
* Analyse market trends and competitor dynamics, provide regular market feedback and reports.

* Good business acumen and market analysis ability, able to accurately grasp market dynamics.
* Good interpersonal skills and team spirit, able to communicate and collaborate effectively with people of different backgrounds and levels.

* Proficiency in English communication is preferred.
City Manager
Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and results-driven City Sales Manager to oversee sales operations within our designated cities under the guidance of the Region Manager.
Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement sales strategies and tactics to achieve sales targets within the designated cities.
* Lead, mentor, and motivate the city sales team to maximize their performance and potential.
* Establish sales goals and objectives for the city team, and monitor progress towards achieving targets.
* Collaborate with the Region Manager to align cities sales initiatives with regional sales objectives and strategies.
* Conduct regular sales meetings and performance reviews with the city sales team to provide feedback and guidance.
* Identify opportunities for sales growth and expansion within the city territory, and develop plans to capitalize on these opportunities.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and clients within the city territory.
* Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
* Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards for sales operations within the cities.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
* Proven experience in sales management, with a minimum of three years of experience in a leadership role.
