Role Overview
A dynamic and driven Charity (Not for Profit) Corporate Partnerships Manager is sought to join an expanding philanthropy and partnerships team. This individual will play a key role in developing and managing a pipeline of high-value corporate partnerships for an acclaimed charity. The role will involve crafting persuasive written proposals, strategic plans, and pitches aimed at securing long-term, impactful partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
1. Identifying, developing, and managing a pipeline of corporate partnership opportunities to cultivate funding for the charity.
2. Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships with corporate partners and high net worth individuals.
3. Creating compelling proposals, strategic pitches, and staff campaigns to drive partnerships.
4. Collaborating with internal teams to deliver successful new business initiatives.
Requirements
1. New corporate partnership experience (within a charitable organisation).
2. Management experience.
3. Experience in raising 5-6 figure donations.
4. Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.
5. Proactive and solution-oriented approach to challenges.
6. Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative solutions.
7. Strong organisational and project management abilities.
