HR Advisor - Part time 4 days per week 0800-1600 £29'784 per annum pro rota Fixed term contract Key Responsibilities Create and update HR content which is legally compliant. Train up-skill and support the line managers through coaching and training.Respond to and answer general queries that are sent to the HR inbox.Support delivery of staff training. Pro-actively manage and support employee relations cases.Coordinate the administration of HR cases. The role would be to start mid-February to March with the end date being the end of August. Qualifications required for the role -CIPD Level 5 - Essential or Equivalent.Degree or CIPD Level 7 Qualification - Desirable.Minimum 3 years experience in Human Resources.Experience of a HR Generalist or Employee Relations role at advisory level.Good working knowledge of UK employment law and future trends.Knowledge of working with and developing HR policies and procedures.Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Office.
