A highly respected Legal 500 firm based in Chester is seeking a talented and proactive Commercial Property Legal Secretary to join their expanding team. Key Responsibilities: Provide secretarial and administrative support to the Commercial Property team, including drafting and preparing legal documents, correspondence, and reports. Manage client files, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date. Organise and manage appointments, meetings, and conference calls. Handle incoming and outgoing communications efficiently and professionally. Maintain and manage legal databases and documentation systems. Liaise with clients, third parties, and colleagues to facilitate the smooth running of the department. Support fee earners with day-to-day case management, ensuring deadlines are met. Key Requirements: A minimum of 6 month's experience working as a Legal Secretary, ideally within commercial property law. Strong typing and audio transcription skills with high attention to detail. Excellent organisational and time management abilities. Proficiency in MS Office and legal management software. A proactive, professional, and client-focused attitude.
