WHAT TO EXPECT You’ll be responsible for the management of outbound/inbound company vehicles using the Fleet Management System (FMS), and inbound & outbound traffic to verify the correct authorisation to be on site. You’ll also work in conjunction with management in achieving the daily activities required to maintain effective operations at the Halewood plant. Further Responsibilities: • Ensuring control protocols have been applied to all visitors • Conducting and recording vehicle searches allied to the standard operating process • Support operational security activities on and around the site, i.e. deck checks, cage walks, pilferable parts deliveries etc. • Support with the effective handover of vehicles as part of the management car plan (MCP) process in line with corporate handover expectations • To provide additional resilience in terms of mobile patrolling and locking up of various perimeter gates upon request WHAT YOU’LL NEED • Ability to work to tight deadlines in a fast paced and challenging environment • Must have strong analytical, troubleshooting and negotiation skills and can demonstrate effective problem management. • IT literate conversant with MS Office, Google Mail, SharePoint and InfoPath. • Must have, or be prepared to work toward a class 3 driving qualification • First Aid trained LI-POST A leading premium automotive business and leading to move towards electric autonomous vehicles.
