We’re currently recruiting for a very sought after position in the Telford branch of one of our most prestigious clients. This exciting opportunity if for a Care Sales Executive. This is a full-time position averaging 44 hours per week.
Monday – Friday: 08:30 – 18:00
Saturdays: 09:00 – 17:00
Extra day off every other week
£18,000 P/A with uncapped OTE of £45,000 per annum
Main roles and responsibilities:
Greet customers in the dealership or via digital channels, understand their needs, and build rapport.
Present and demonstrate the features, advantages, and benefits of our range of vehicles (new and used) to potential buyers.
Manage the entire sales process, including identifying customer needs, qualifying prospects, conducting vehicle demonstrations, and closing sales.
Offer financing and insurance options and assist customers in understanding and selecting the best package for them.
Ensure timely follow-ups with customers, providing updates on delivery status
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
Complete all sales documentation accurately and efficiently, including updating CRM systems and processing payment transactions.
Stay updated on current car models, competitor offerings, market trends, and promotional events to maximize sales opportunities.
Adhere to FCA (Financial Conduct Authority) guidelines and all dealership policies regarding finance and insurance sales, data protection, and customer privacy.
Skills and Qualities:
Proven experience in car sales or a similar retail sales environment (experience with specific car brands is a plus).
Excellent verbal and written communication, with the ability to explain product features clearly and build customer relationships.
Strong sales and negotiation abilities to meet customer needs while achieving dealership targets.
Passionate about delivering a high level of customer satisfaction and creating a positive buying experience.
Good time management and ability to handle multiple sales inquiries simultaneously.
Familiarity with CRM systems and the ability to use technology to manage leads and follow-ups.
Full UK driver’s license is required.
