We are currently looking for a qualified assessor to join us at Walsall College on a permanent basis. This opportunity will see you coaching students to develop and improve their knowledge, skills and behaviours, whilst unlocking their potential to maximise their own performance to enable them to achieve their current and future aspirations. An IQA qualification is essential for this role and experience of designing and delivering training in a college training facility (or a similar environment) would be desirable. To be successful, you must possess proven vocational knowledge with a minimum Level 3 qualification in your specialist subject area, with knowledge and experience of other areas of construction being desirable. Having TAQA (301, 302 or 303) or equivalent (or a commitment to work towards) combined with GCSE A - C in English and Maths qualifications (or equivalent) is essential to succeed in this role.
