What we are looking for in you:
YMCA Dulverton Group are looking for someone to assist with the management team on shift whilst ensuring great customer service. You will be a motivated individual with the ability to work well as a team to provide a high standard service. You will possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal alongside having an excellent attendance and punctuality record. We are looking for someone with some experience in hospitality or a customer facing role, or, the willingness to learn and undergo training.
As a General Assistant, your duties and responsibilities would include greeting and registering guests whilst also providing outstanding guest services throughout their stay. You will be trained on how to make and modify reservations accurately and efficiently on the appropriate systems and you will also multi-task as a hotel operator and carry out concierge duties.
