SOCIAL STRATEGY MANAGER
OVERVIEW
This role is responsible for developing and executing a highly strategic and data driven social media plan for Odd Muse and Odd Muse ME, enhancing brand presence, engagement, and growth across Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok.
Beyond the day to day of content posting, this role focuses on social planning, audience insights, and performance optimisation to drive brand awareness and commercial success. The key objective is to not only grow our following but to build and nurture a highly engaged community, ultimately leading to increased sales and customer loyalty.
To be successful in this role, you must have extensive experience in social media strategy, a deep understanding of platform algorithms, and a proven track record of scaling luxury fashion brands through digital storytelling. You should have a strong commercial mindset, ensuring that all social strategies align with and strengthen the brand’s overall sales objectives.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Social Media Strategy & Growth
* Own and lead the end to end social strategy for Odd Muse and Odd Muse Me, ensuring alignment with brand, marketing and commercial goals.
* Develop and data led, platform specific strategy for Instagram, Youtube and TikTok to enhance brand growth, engagement and sales.
* Conduct competitor analysis to position Odd Muse at the forefront of the industry.
* Work closely with the Creative and Marketing team to ensure a holistic brand online presence.
Content Strategy and Storytelling
* Develop content pillars that align with brand identity, audience insights and commercial goals.
* Lead the content direction and editorial calendar, working closely with the Head of Creative to deliver compelling storytelling, seasonal campaigns, and high-impact promotions.
* Working with the Head of Creative conceptualise and launch exciting brand social franchises that align with customer engagement.
* Ensure content aligns with Odd Muse luxury and timeless brand aesthetic.
Audience Growth and Community Building
* Develop and action strategies for audience growth, engagement and retention across all social platforms.
* Lead the community management approach.
* Work closely with PR and Influencer team to ensure strategic partnerships.
Performance Analytics and Optimisation
* Own social media analytics, ensuring all strategies are driven by data and insights.
* Constantly tracking engagement, reach and traffic continuously refinding approach to maximise ROI.
* Provide weekly reports to the wider team to recommend insights.
