Service Manager - Semi-Independent Provision for Young People (16+)
Salary: £35,000 - £49,000 per annum

Location: Bradford (with additional homes in Liverpool and other North West locations)

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Service Manager to lead our new semi-independent provision for young people aged 16+. This role involves overseeing the daily operations of a small residential home, ensuring high standards of care and compliance with Ofsted regulations. Our provision is specifically designed for young people with high needs who are preparing for independent living at age 18. The successful candidate will be instrumental in creating a supportive, nurturing environment that empowers young people to develop the skills they need to transition to independence.
What we need:
1. Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care (Children and Young People’s Services) or equivalent.
2. A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in residential childcare, with a focus on young people aged 16+.
3. Driver's License: A full, clean driver’s license is preferred but not mandatory.
