Job Description
We are seeking a passionate Learning & Development Partner to support the growth and development of our employees. As an L&D senior specialist, you will play a crucial role in helping individuals enhance their skills and knowledge. Core Responsibilities
1. Lead the execution of L&D plans, including the implementation of learning and development projects and initiatives, under the guidance of the Head of People Development & Engagement.
2. Collaborate with the Head of People Development & Engagement to develop the L&D strategy, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
3. Own and manage the development function within our engagement platform Culture Amp, including overseeing the implementation and tracking of Individual Development Plans (IDPs) and the competency framework, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and fostering employee growth.
4. Conduct learning & development needs analysis to identify skill gaps and training requirements.
5. Design and curate dynamic, interactive training content that caters to both managers and colleagues within a global organisation, including mandatory induction and onboarding training.
6. Facilitate and deliver engaging proactive training sessions, ensuring they are tailored to meet the needs of managers and employees across the organisation.
7. Develop an annual training calendar and coordinate with external providers to organize training sessions.
8. Revamp the E-learning platform, tailor training programs to meet team needs, and serve as the primary administrator of the platform.
9. Develop and implement a continuous learning framework to reinforce training outcomes, ensuring employees apply acquired skills in their roles through post-training initiatives, coaching, peer learning, and ongoing development programs.
10. Collect feedback from colleagues to assess the effectiveness of training and to continuously refine content and delivery methods.
11. Collaborate with the People Team and other departments to align L&D initiatives with organizational needs, HR projects, and any other key requirements to support overall business goals and employee development.
12. Work closely with People Partners to integrate well-being and engagement initiatives, and with the DEI Lead to incorporate diversity, equity, and inclusion into L&D programs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and creating an inclusive learning environment for all employees.
13. Provide regular reporting to the Head of People Development & Engagement and Director People & Culture as required.
Person Specification
1. Proven experience in designing and delivering impactful training sessions, with a strong focus on managerial audiences.
2. Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage all participants at varying levels in the organisation.
3. Demonstrated approach to content creation and training delivery, ensuring a dynamic and interactive experience.
4. Good understanding of diversity, equity, and inclusion with the ability to integrate core principles of our Culture Charter into all learning and development initiatives.
5. Experience in conducting training needs analysis.
6. Strong organisational skills with close attention to detail.
7. Excellent written communication and verbal presentation skills.
8. A collaborative and consultative approach to working with others & committed to fostering an inclusive environment.
9. Demonstrates a commitment to developing others and a growth mindset, actively pursuing continuous professional and personal development.
10. Excellent networking, relationship management, and interpersonal skills and experience in building strong and productive relationships.
11. Language skills, other than English, are desirable.
