* Resolving complex customer issues promptly and effectively.

* Showing genuine care and empathy for our customers.
* Completing your induction and understanding our operations within three months.
* Introducing yourself to all customers in your portfolio.
* Categorising accounts according to our contact strategy.
* Managing accounts in arrears through to receivership within 12 months.
