Responsibilities
Assisting in the Day to Day operations of the department by ensuring timely completion of the allocated duties including:
· Processing Daily web orders and sample requests
· Answering calls, Emails and letters from General public relating to questions, queries, orders or complaints
· Taking manual orders / refunds over the phone
· Maintain QA spreadsheets
· Monitoring and managing customer reviews on online platforms.
