Property Services Manager (Planned Works)
Salary: £51,010 per annum
The Vacancy
Ocean Housing Group is seeking a permanent, full-time Property Services Manager to join our Property Services team within the Planned Works division.
Your responsibilities will include managing capital investment programmes, planned preventative maintenance, and special projects, ensuring value for money and budget compliance. You will develop strategies for development and improvement, monitor performance data, and manage budgets (£10m) and resources effectively. You will also ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and initiatives, working closely with the Senior Manager (Repairs & Planned Works) on risk management and asset control.
Qualifications include NVQ level 4 or equivalent in a relevant building trade, with extensive experience managing a large-scale Property Maintenance function. You should have comprehensive knowledge across multiple trades, excellent communication skills, and a passion for customer service. Our hybrid working environment allows flexibility, with occasional travel to our St Austell head office for meetings and training.
